Producer of Record definition

Producer of Record means a legally eligible person or entity designated by an Enrolling Unit to serve as its insurance agent, broker or producer, and that All Savers may compensate under the terms of this Agreement.

Producer of Record means an insurance agent or broker, li- censed in the District to transact automobile insurance busi- ness, who has been certified by the Plan and whose name appears on the Plan records as having submitted an applica- tion for assignment which resulted in the issuance of an in- surance policy.
