Producing area definition

Producing area means the area in which the operator has an approved Drilling and Spacing Unit (DSU) from the Commission and in conformance with the setback requirements from the outer boundary of the approved DSU, or as per requirements set out in Chapter 3, Section 2 of these rules, for the applicable pool.
