Product Offer definition

Product Offer shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.11 hereof.
Product Offer means a specified good or service that is offered for purchase at a stated price, in a specific outlet or by a specific provider, under specific terms of supply, and thus defines a unique entity at any one time.
Product Offer means a product specified by its characteristics, the timing and place of purchase and the terms of supply, and for which a price is observed;

Examples of Product Offer in a sentence

  • If the Agent agrees in writing within ninety (90) days of receipt of the Product Offer to accept the New Product, then such New Product shall be, without further action or amendment, included within the definition of Roundup Products and be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • The Product Offer shall be in writing, shall be in sufficient detail describing such New Product, and shall be made within sixty (60) days of the date of commercialization of such New Product for uses other than Lawn and Garden Use.

  • Bona Fide Offer means an actual or genuine offer which includes a specific wage or a training opportunity at a specified place when used to determine whether the parent has refused an offer of training or employment.

  • Increment Offer means a type of Virtual Transaction that is an offer to sell energy at a specified location in the Day-ahead Energy Market. A cleared Increment Offer results in scheduled generation at the specified location in the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • Public Offering Price means the price per Share of the Fund at which NLD or selected dealers or selected agents may sell Shares to the public or to those persons eligible to invest in Shares as described in the Prospectus of the Funds, determined in accordance with such Prospectus under the Securities Act relating to such Shares.

  • Initial Offer means the initial offer of Participating Shares in a Fund as set out in the applicable Supplement;

  • Asset Sale Offer shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.14.

  • Competing Offer means a Tender Offer for Units which (i) is Commenced prior to the expiration of the Offer by a Person that is not an Affiliate (or in the case of Waltxx Xxxeet, as to its Associates only) of any Partner and (ii) has a cash purchase price per Unit that is at least 2% (10% with respect to the first Competing Offer made following the Offer by the Partnership)

  • Offer Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Extension Offer has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(a).

  • Change of Control Offer has the meaning provided in Section 4.15.
