Included Features. The table below outlines the features included in NAVITAIRE’s Hosting Services for NPS Custom Solutions for the NPS Custom Solutions created at the request of Customer and hosted by NAVITAIRE on the NPS Stack. Hosting Services for NPS Custom Solutions (NPS Stack) ***** ***** ***** ***** Customer is responsible for ensuring that NPS Custom Solutions are compatible with future versions of the Hosted Services System. NPS can be engaged for additional services related to NPS Custom Solutions and to assist Customer with any compatibility issues.
Included Features. Customer understands that SL1 includes a wide variety of features which are technically accessible to all users. However, each Subscription subject to this Agreement authorizes Customer to access only the particular features that are included in the SL1 Solutions specified in the applicable Sales Order. Customer agrees to use only the Included Features for the particular SL1 Solution for which Customer has purchased a subscription, and Customer acknowledges that use of SL1 features other than such Included Features shall be subject to additional fees at ScienceLogic’s then-standard rates. Customer acknowledges that SL1 includes automated functionality to monitor the particular features accessed by Customer throughout the Subscription Term, and will, on a daily basis, transmit directly to ScienceLogic information identifying any usage of features beyond the Included Features applicable to the particular SL1 Solutions for which a Subscription has been purchased. Customer agrees to facilitate such transmission, without interference (including, by way of example, by opening one or more appropriate ports within its network, if necessary). In the event Customer is unable to provide such technical assistance for any reason, the Parties shall determine an alternate method for calculating and reporting such information in a timely manner, and in any event ScienceLogic shall have the right (at ScienceLogic’s own expense) to conduct periodic audits of Customer’s records related to use of Included Features and other features of SL1.

Clients will deliver text of document in agreed upon format to Broadridge Production – Broadridge will sort, fold and apply postage to each document iv. Mailing: Broadridge will convert 5-digit zip codes to 9-digit zip codes and data will be sorted in zip code order and mailed according to client’s instructions v. NOBO is available only upon completion of mailing, upon request. b) Streetlink Self Mailer i. Broadridge will create, print and address a two page (Duplex) or four page (Quad) Document. ii. Jobs under 50,000 mail within four (4) business days of client approval providing files have been loaded. a. Registered files load two (2) business days after record date. b. Beneficial records load three (3) business days after record date. iii. Jobs over 50,000 require four (4) days to mail. iv. Broadridge will provide document template. Provide document in MS Word for best results. Formatting the document prior to sending to Broadridge eliminates the [REDACTED] formatting fee. v. Within 48 hours after receiving template from client, Broadridge will provide a proof to the client for review via a PDF file or fax. vi. Client PDF or faxes any necessary edits back to Broadridge. vii. Final PDF file and/or hard copy sent to client. viii. Approval to print must be given to Broadridge by client to initiate mailing. ix. Four days after client’s approval, the mailing process will begin. c) Streetlink Process for Documents Provided by Client i. Broadridge will spray (“inkjet”) shareowner names and addresses on envelopes or self-mailers supplied by an external printer. ii.   • Product Information EPIZYME recognizes that by reason of, inter alia, EISAI’s status as an exclusive licensee in the EISAI Territory under this Agreement, EISAI has an interest in EPIZYME’s retention in confidence of certain information of EPIZYME. Accordingly, until the end of all Royalty Term(s) in the EISAI Territory, EPIZYME shall keep confidential, and not publish or otherwise disclose, and not use for any purpose other than to fulfill EPIZYME’s obligations, or exercise EPIZYME’s rights, hereunder any EPIZYME Know-How Controlled by EPIZYME or EPIZYME Collaboration Know-How, in each case that are primarily applicable to EZH2 or EZH2 Compounds (the “Product Information”), except to the extent (a) the Product Information is in the public domain through no fault of EPIZYME, (b) such disclosure or use is expressly permitted under Section 9.3, or (c) such disclosure or use is otherwise expressly permitted by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. For clarification, the disclosure by EPIZYME to EISAI of Product Information shall not cause such Product Information to cease to be subject to the provisions of this Section 9.2 with respect to the use and disclosure of such Confidential Information by EPIZYME.   • Patent Markings Licensee agrees that all Licensed Products Sold by Licensee, Affiliates, and Sublicensees will be marked in accordance with each country’s patent marking laws, including Title 35, U.S. Code, in the United States.

  • Product Trademarks BMS shall be solely responsible for the selection (including the creation, searching and clearing), registration, maintenance, policing and enforcement of all trademarks developed for use in connection with the marketing, sale or distribution of Products in the Field in the Territory (the “Product Marks”). BMS shall own all Product Marks, and all trademark registrations for said marks.
