Product Purchases definition

Product Purchases means, for each Contract Year, the Products purchased by Abbott and its Affiliates from Abaxis. For the purposes of this definition, a Product shall be considered purchased in the Contract Year in which it was delivered after having been duly ordered in accordance with the terms and conditions hereunder.

Examples of Product Purchases in a sentence

  • Award will be made per Line Item to the responsive responsible Bidder with the highest Percent Discount Off Publisher's List Price for Product Purchases, as provided on the Bid Schedule*.
