Project Requirements means the statement included in the Request for Proposal detailing the technical and other requirements of Canada which are to be met by the successful Bidder, and which are to be addressed in the Bid;
MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;
Program Requirements means certain minimum program entry requirements as well as ongoing program requirements, to be fulfilled by Partner, some of which are general PartnerEdge requirements, some of which are specific for the “Sell Engagement” and some of which are specific for the different “Cloud” Product Families, including, without limitation payment of the Program Fee(s), meeting certain minimum annual revenue requirements, upholding a Sell Authorization for at least one “Cloud” Product Family and other requirements as set out in detail in the PartnerEdge Program Guide and the RSPI.
End Client Requirements means the specific requirements of the End Client, as notified to the Supplier in writing;
Compliance schedule means a schedule of events, by date, which will result in compliance with these regulations.
Product Documentation means the specific materials listed under “Documentation” at
Product Schedule means the “Product Schedule” that forms part of the Contract.
Material safety data sheet or "MSDS" means the chemical, physical, technical, and safety information document supplied by the manufacturer of the coating, solvent, or other chemical product, usually through the distribution network or retailers.
Batch Record means the production record pertaining to a Batch.
Safety Data Sheet means a safety data sheet within the meaning of regulation 5 of the CHIP Regulations;
technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;
Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.
Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;
Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.
Payment Requirement means the amount specified as being applicable to the Reference Entity in the Standard or its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Currency (or, if no such amount is specified, USD 1,000,000 or its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Currency) in either case as of the occurrence of the relevant Failure to Pay or Potential Failure to Pay, as applicable.
Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;
Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;
Acceptance Test Document means a document, which defines procedures for testing the functioning of installed system. The document will be finalized with the contractor within 7 days of issuance of the Letter of Award.
Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.
Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.
Test Plan means a plan for the Testing of the or Deliverables and other agreed criteria related to the achievement of Milestones as described further in paragraph 4 of Call Off Schedule 4;
Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.
Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement described in this Schedule C; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.
Single tomogram system means a CT x-ray system which obtains x-ray transmission data during a scan to produce a single tomogram.
