Production House definition

Production House means a person or an establishment producing a programme or providing or rendering various services, facilities, utilities or advantages in relation to production of programme;
Production House means the successful Tenderer who has been awarded this Contract by STPI and this term is used interchangeably with the term “Contractor” used in other parts of this Contract, which shall be taken to have the meaning ascribed here;
Production House the producer of ‘Television Content’ as commissioned by the ‘Channel’;

Production House means any facility of a person engaged in the business of production and providing facilities that are used in the production and postproduction of programs and such facilities may or may not be in direct use of Broadcasters.
