Production Product. Production Release" means a product in that stage of the product lifecycle that applies to products released for distribution to End-Users pursuant to the provisions of the End-User Agreement, and that does not constitute an Alpha, Beta, or Pilot Product.

• Production Product pricing shall be reviewed regularly and adjusted as provided for herein.

• SQUARE or an Authorized Purchaser will have a period of [***] following delivery of the Production Products to test and inspect the Production Products and to notify ON SEMICONDUCTOR of: (a) any nonconformities of the Production Product with the applicable ASIC Specification; or (b) any defects in material or workmanship.

• Comprehensive or Commercial General Liability (including Premises- Operations; Independent Contractor's Production; Product Liability and Completed Operations; Broad Form Property Damage): a.

More Definitions of Production Product

Production Product means any tooled product manufactured by or for Zebra or its Affiliates.
