Production Purpose definition

Production Purpose means use or deployment of the Progress Telerik Report Server Product for access by your CAL Users in accordance with Section 4.B.2.
Production Purpose means use or deployment of the Software for publishing and/or administering a website or other application accessible by and/or visible to your Site Visitors.

  • Business Purpose means the use of personal information for the business’s or a service provider’s operational purposes, or other notified purposes, provided that the use of personal information shall be reasonably necessary and proportionate to achieve the operational purpose for which the personal information was collected or processed or for another operational purpose that is compatible with the context in which the personal information was collected.   • Primary Purpose means the collection, use, or disclosure of information collected by the company or supplied by the customer where there is an authorized business need or emergency response in order to: (1) provide, bill, or collect for, regulated natural gas service; (2) provide for system, or operational needs; (3) provide services as required by state or federal law or as specifically authorized in the Company’s approved tariff or; (4) plan, implement, or evaluate, energy assistance, energy management, renewable energy or energy efficiency programs by the Company or under contract with the Company, under contract with the Commission, or as part of a Commission-authorized program conducted by an entity under the supervision of the Commission, or pursuant to state or federal statutes governing energy assistance.

  • Power production activities means any business operation that involves a project commissioned by the government of Iran whose purpose is to facilitate power generation and delivery, including, but not limited to, establishing power-generating plants or hydroelectric dams, selling or installing components for the project, providing service contracts related to the installation or maintenance of the project, as well as facilitating such activities, including by providing supplies or services in support of such activities.

  • Secondary Purpose means any purpose that is not a Primary Purpose.

  • Common Purposes shall include the purposes of managing and maintaining the Premises, the Buildings and in particular the Common Portions, rendition of services in common to the Unit Owners, collection and disbursement of the Common Expenses and dealing with the matters of common interest of the Unit Owners and relating to their mutual rights and obligations for the beneficial use and enjoyment of their respective Units exclusively and the Common Portions in common.

  • Gasification means the substoichiometric oxidation or steam reformation of a substance to produce a gaseous mixture containing two or more of the following: (i) oxides of carbon; (ii) methane; and (iii) hydrogen;

  • Business Purposes ’ means purposes normally or otherwise reasonably associ- ated with the use of land for business activities, including shops, offices, showrooms, restaurants or similar businesses other than places of instruction, public garages, builder’s yards, scrap yards and industrial activities;

  • Production facility means, with respect to any liquid fuel (other than LNG), a facility in California at which the fuel is produced. "Production facility" means, with respect to natural gas (CNG, LNG or biogas), a facility in California at which fuel is converted, compressed, liquefied, refined, treated, or otherwise processed into CNG, LNG, biogas, or biogas-natural gas blend that is ready for transportation use in a vehicle without further physical or chemical processing.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Disruption of the educational process means the interruption of classwork, the creation of disorder, or the invasion of the rights of a student or group of students.

  • General purpose equipment means equipment, which is not limited to research, medical, scientific or other technical activities. Examples include office equipment and furnishings, modular offices, telephone networks, information technology equipment and systems, air conditioning equipment, reproduction and printing equipment, and motor vehicles.

  • Commercial purpose per MCA 77-1-902(3)(a) means an industrial enterprise, retail sales outlet, business and professional office building, warehouse, motel, hotel, hospitality enterprise, commercial or concentrated recreational use, multifamily residential development, and other similar business.
