Server Product means a Product that resides on a server and provides functionality that Users access by connecting to the server using client applications or mobile applications. Such server may reside: i) on a Server Product deployed behind Subscriber’s firewall and/or within Subscriber’s network, ii) on a Server Product licensed by an external organization, or iii) by Xxxxxxx as a cloud-based service.
Server Product means the components of the Licensed Products executing on the computers acting as a host system for any AOL Services. Functions provided by the Server Product include, exchanging information with the Client Product, storing information, exchanging information with third party services via gateways, and administering such AOL Services.
