Production Wafers definition

Production Wafers means Wafers manufactured by Company at the Newport Beach Fab after successful qualification and approval for mass production.
Production Wafers means the finished silicon wafers for the Products to be manufactured by the FoundryCo Manufacturing Entities in accordance with the applicable Specifications and using the Qualified Processes, and shall include Risk Starts.
Production Wafers means all Wafers other than Engineering Wafers, manufactured by JAZZ.

Examples of Production Wafers in a sentence

  • Wafers may include Production Wafers, Engineering Wafers, and Risk Materials from any semiconductor wafer process in production, or released to production, at the Newport Beach Fab on or after the Effective Date.

  • Title and risk of loss of any stored Production Wafers shall remain with FoundryCo until delivered to AMD in accordance with the applicable delivery schedule and terms for such Production Wafers.

  • Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties, Production Wafers shall be ordered by Conexant and delivered by Company in Lots of twenty-five (25) Wafers (subject to the applicable Planning Yield Assumptions) and Engineering Wafers shall be ordered by Conexant and delivered by Company in Lots of five (5) to twenty-five (25) Wafers (subject to the applicable Planning Yield Assumptions).

Production Wafers means Wafers for commercial production.
Production Wafers will mean those Wafers manufactured at PSL after successful Mass Production Wafer Approval, as referenced in Appendix B.

"Risk Production" may include the following: unverified mask sets, unverified process changes, no supporting qualification data, and known design rule violations. 1.20 "SERVICES" means Final Test Services, Post Probe Processing Services, Probe Services, or such other services described in this Supply Agreement, as applicable. 1.21 "SPECIFICATIONS" means the technical specifications for the Wafers mutually agreed to in writing by the Parties, as they may be modified from time to time upon written agreement of the Parties. 2. <PAGE> 1.22 "SUPPLIER FAB" means the Newbury Park Wafer fabrication facility or other fabrication facilities owned or operated by Supplier. 1.23 "WAFERS" means semiconductor wafers to be processed by Supplier including Engineering Wafers, Production Wafers, Pizza Mask Wafers, and Risk Production.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

  • Biodiesel means a fuel composed of mono-alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids derived from vegetable oils or animal fats, and, in accordance with standards specified by the American society for testing and materials, designated B100, and meeting the requirements of D-6751, as approved by the department of agriculture.

The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.

  • Bulk mixing plant means machinery, appliances or other similar devices that are assembled in such a manner so as to be able to mix materials in bulk for the purposes of using the mixed product for construction work;

  • Drug Substance means an active ingredient that is intended to furnish pharmacological activity or other direct effect in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or to affect the structure or any function of the human body, but does not include intermediates used in the synthesis of such ingredient.

  • Feedstock means any controlled substance or new substance that undergoes chemical transformation in a process in which it is entirely converted from its original composition and whose emissions are insignificant,
