Test Services any phase of the development process of a Service or functionality during which the Client is authorized, prior to its commercial launch to the general public, to use the Service or functionality in order to participate in its improvement and to observe any possible malfunctions.

Test Services means those Services designed by NETdepot as “Test”, “Beta”, “early access”, or with like designation in a Customer Success Order.

Examples of Test Services in a sentence

• If Customer uses any Test Services, then Customer’s use of those Test Services is subject to the Test Terms.

• The personnel assigned to perform Test Services (“Personnel”) shall have the skill, training and background sufficient to perform the Test Services.

More Definitions of Test Services

Test Services means services that are still in the testing or evaluation phase, subject to the rules contained in Article 9.
