Examples of Probe Services in a sentence

  • At Skyworks discretion and cost, Skyworks may request Jazz to provide Probe Services at a location approved by Skyworks.

  • These Final Test Services and Probe Services will be provided at the following agreed charges, intended to approximate Supplier's costs in providing such Services.
