Professional Amount definition

Professional Amount means the aggregate amount of Professional Claims and other unpaid fees and expenses that the Professionals estimate they have incurred or will incur in rendering services to the Debtors as set forth in Article II.C of the Plan.
Professional Amount means the aggregate amount of Professional Claims that the Professionals estimate in good faith they have incurred or will incur in rendering services to the Debtors on or after the Petition Date and prior to and as of the Effective Date, to the extent such fees and expenses have not been paid pursuant to any order of the Bankruptcy Court, as set forth in Article II.C of this Plan.
