Commercial Code means the French Commercial Code.
Uniform Commercial Code means the New York Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time.
Criminal Code means the Criminal Code (Canada);
Municipal Code means the Municipal Code of Chicago.
Uniform Commercial Code jurisdiction means any jurisdiction that has adopted all or substantially all of Article 9 as contained in the 2000 Official Text of the Uniform Commercial Code, as recommended by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws and the American Law Institute, together with any subsequent amendments or modifications to the Official Text.
Professional Engineer or Professional Certificated Engineer means a person holding registration as either a Professional Engineer or Professional Certificated Engineer in terms of the Engineering Profession Act, 2000 (Act No. 46 of 2000);
Professional Provider means a Physician, Dentist, Podiatrist, Psychologist, Chiropractor, Optometrist or any Provider designated by the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan.
Electricity Act means the Electricity Act, 1998, S.O. 1998, c. 15, Schedule A;
Municipal Code of Chicago or "MCC" means the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago.
Professional service or professional services means a professional service or professional services as defined in the Health Insurance Act 1973.
Professional means an Entity: (a) employed pursuant to a Bankruptcy Court order in accordance with sections 327, 363, or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code and to be compensated for services rendered prior to or on the Confirmation Date, pursuant to sections 327, 328, 329, 330, 331, and 363 of the Bankruptcy Code; or (b) awarded compensation and reimbursement by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to section 503(b)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code.

Professional counselor means a person who practices counseling as defined in § 54.1-3500.
Uniform means outer garments, including appropriate work footwear, which are required to be worn exclusively while carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the position and which are different from the design or fashion of the general population. This definition includes items that serve to identify the person, agency, functions performed, position, or time in service. Unit 13 employees shall be responsible for the purchase of required uniforms as a condition of employment. Unit 13 employees shall wear their required uniforms only in an official capacity.
Professional Services means those services within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, or registered surveying and mapping, as defined by the laws of Florida, or those services performed by any architect, professional engineer, landscape architect, or registered surveyor and mapper, in connection with the firm's or individual's professional employment or practice.
Building Code Act means the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O. 1992, c.23, as amended;
Professional service means a type of personal service to the public that requires as a condition precedent to the rendering of the service the obtaining of a license or other legal authorization. Professional service includes, but is not limited to, services rendered by a certified or other public accountant, chiropractor, dentist, optometrist, veterinarian, osteopathic physician, physician, surgeon, podiatrist, chiropodist, physician's assistant, architect, professional engineer, land surveyor, or attorney-at-law.

Professional Engineer means a person entitled to practise as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario under a licence issued under the Professional Engineers Act;
Licensed health care professional means a person who possesses a professional medical license that is valid in Oregon. Examples include, but are not limited to, a registered nurse (RN), nurse practitioner (NP), licensed practical nurse (LPN), medical doctor (MD), osteopathic physician (DO), respiratory therapist (RT), physical therapist (PT), physician assistant (PA), or occupational therapist (OT).
Professional athlete means an athlete who performs services in a professional athletic event for wages or other remuneration.
Judicial Code means title 28 of the United States Code, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1–4001.
Standards means the British or international standards, Authority's internal policies and procedures, Government codes of practice and guidance referred to in Framework Schedule 13 (Standards) together with any other specified policies or procedures identified in Framework Schedule 13 (Standards);
Delaware UCC means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the State of Delaware from time to time.
Health care professional means a physician or other health care practitioner licensed, accredited or certified to perform specified health care services consistent with state law.
Model Code shall refer to the OEM code used to identify a particular subset of a Vehicle Model.
