Program 1 definition

Program 1 means the Research and Pre-Clinical Development program in the Field described on Schedule 1.104 under the heading “Program 1”, to be undertaken by or on behalf of the Parties or their respective Affiliates under this Agreement.
Program 1 means the program of research, Development and Commercialization activities for Program 1 Products conducted pursuant to this Agreement.
Program 1 means the research program directed toward the Program 1 Target conducted pursuant to Article II.
