Examples of Program Attachment in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise provided in these General Provisions or in the terms of any Program Attachment(s) that is incorporated into the Contract, for contracts with categorical budgets, Grantee shall submit quarterly FSRs to Accounts Payable by the last business day of the month following the end of each quarter of the Program Attachment term for System Agency review and financial assessment.

  • Department may require Contractor to transfer original or copies of patient and client records to Department, without the consent or authorization of the patient or client, upon termination of this Contract or a Program Attachment to this Contract, as applicable, or if the care and treatment of the individual patient or client is transferred to another entity.

  • The City encourages contractors to diversify their D/M/W/ESB subcontractor utilization from all available divisions of work.Please refer to the requirements outlined in the Subcontractor Equity Program (Attachment B).

  • Contractor shall not bill DSHS for services performed after termination or expiration of this Contract or Program Attachment, or incur any additional expenses once this Contract or Program Attachment is terminated or has expired.

  • Contractor shall expend program income during the Program Attachment term and may not carry forward to any succeeding term.

  • The Monitoring and Reporting Program (Attachment E) establishes monitoring and reporting requirements to implement federal and State requirements.

  • For compliance with the Basin Plan’s narrative toxicity objective, this Order requires the Discharger to conduct chronic whole effluent toxicity testing, as specified in the Monitoring and Reporting Program (Attachment E, Section V.).

  • Upon termination of all or part of this Contract, Department and Contractor will be discharged from any further obligation created under the applicable terms of this Contract or the Program Attachment, as applicable, except for the equitable settlement of the respective accrued interests or obligations incurred prior to termination and for Contractor’s duty to cooperate with DSHS, and except as provided in the Survivability of Terms section of the General Terms Article.

  • Upon expiration of this Contract or Program Attachment, as applicable, (and any renewals of this Contract or Program Attachment) on its own terms, Contractor shall cease services under this Contract or Program Attachment; and shall cooperate with DSHS to the fullest extent possible upon expiration or prior to expiration, as necessary, to ensure the orderly and safe transfer of responsibilities under this Contract to DSHS or another entity designated by DSHS.

  • Pole Attachment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.8.1.

  • Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.

  • Attachments means any item the Solicitation requires a Service Provider to submit as part of the Offer.

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.

  • ATTACHMENT C STANDARD STATE PROVISIONS FOR CONTRACTS AND GRANTS

  • Service Descriptions means user manuals and other documentation relating to the Services that are made available to Customer by Provider in digital or hardcopy form, as updated from time to time.

  • End User Agreement means any agreement that Eligible Users are required to sign in order to participate in this Contract including an end user agreement, customer agreement, memorandum of understanding, statement of work, lease agreement, service level agreement, or any other named separate agreement.

  • Contract Schedule The list (as such list may be amended from time to time) identifying each Contract constituting part of the corpus of the Trust Fund as of the Cut-off Date, and which (a) identifies each Contract as either a Fixed Rate Contract or Adjustable Rate Contract and by contract number and name and address of the Obligor and (b) sets forth as to each Contract (i) the unpaid principal balance as of the related Transfer Date determined by giving effect to payments received prior to the related Transfer Date, (ii) the amount of each scheduled payment due from the Obligor, and (iii) the APR.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;

  • Attachment A is an itemized list of the estimated election expenses for this Joint Election and the amounts that each Participating Political Subdivision must deposit with the Dallas County Elections Department. It also includes the Deposit Detail for each entity. The Elections Administrator will amend “Attachment A” to reflect the changing estimates of election expenses that are caused by changing circumstances and by the withdrawal of Participating Political Subdivision(s), if any, from this Election Services Contract.

  • Appendices has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals to the Agreement.

  • Attachment point means a point on the network at which network assets are connected to assets owned by another person.

  • Program Documentation refers to the user manuals, help windows, readme files for the Services and any Oracle Software. You may access the documentation online at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxx/contracts or such other address specified by Oracle.

  • Order Document means the document(s), regardless of its actual name, executed by the Parties which incorporates by reference the terms of this Master Agreement and applicable Schedules, and describes Client’s order-specific information, such as description of Software or Services ordered, license scope, use and restrictions, fees, milestones, and/or Third Party EULAs, if any. At any time after execution of the initial Order Document, Client may purchase additional Software licenses or Services or otherwise expand the scope of such license or Services granted under an Order Document, upon MRI’s receipt and acceptance of a new Order Document specifying the foregoing.

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Service documentation means all records and information on one or more documents, including documents that may be created or maintained in electronic software programs, created and maintained contemporaneously with the delivery of services, and kept in a manner as to fully disclose the nature and extent of services delivered that shall include the items delineated in paragraph (E) of this rule to validate payment for medicaid services.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Template Order Form means the template form in Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);

  • User Documentation means explanatory and informational materials concerning the Company products, in printed or electronic format, which the Company or any Subsidiary has released for distribution to end users with such Company products, which may include manuals, descriptions, user and/or installation instructions, diagrams, printouts, listings, flow-charts and training materials, contained on visual media such as paper or photographic film, or on other physical storage media in machine readable form.

  • Addenda “Addendum” or “Amendment(s)” shall mean a clarification, revision, addition, or deletion to this Invitation For Bid by City which shall become a part of the agreement between the parties.

  • Limited Documentation Program The guidelines under which the Seller generally originates Mortgage Loans principally on the basis of the Loan-to-Value Ratio of the related Mortgage Loan and the creditworthiness of the Mortgagor.

  • Product Schedule means the “Product Schedule” that forms part of the Contract.

  • User Agreement means an agreement for the provision of Access to the Services.
