Program Revenue definition

Program Revenue means all income derived by Bank from a Cardholder’s acquisition or use of, or maintenance of funds with respect to, a Card issued pursuant to a Program.

Program Revenue means all sums of money, excluding Service Fees, actually received by CCLI from Licensees or credited to CCLI by the same, pursuant to a particular Program after excluding therefrom only the following:
