Network Revenue definition

Network Revenue means that portion of Total Revenue generated from transactions conducted through Merchant's Store that originate from Yahoo!'s network of properties (e.g., a hypertext link within Yahoo!'s main directory that permits users to navigate directly to Merchant's Store). Yahoo! shall identify these transactions by, among other things, placing a 30-day cookie within the user's Internet browser at the time that the user navigates to Merchant's Store directly from a page within the xxxxx.xxx domain. For clarity, Yahoo! is not obligated under the YMSA to place links within Yahoo!'s network of properties that drive traffic to Merchant's Store.
Network Revenue with respect to each calendar month, means *** of (i) all fees billed by Idearc to its Bid Program advertisers for Network Qualified Clicks (occurring during such calendar month) on PPC Ads displayed on a Network Results Page in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, (ii) all fees received by Idearc from a third party for Network Qualified Clicks (occurring during such calendar month) on PPC Ads obtained by Idearc from a third party and for which advertisers pay such third party and (iii) the PPC Equivalent Bid Amount for each Network Qualified Click (occurring during such calendar month) on a PfC Ad displayed on a Network Results Page in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, each to the express exclusion of any “minimum monthly fees” or other fees due to Idearc from its advertisers that are not applied towards PPC or PfC fees for Network Qualified Clicks. Group booking rebates, if any, paid by you or on your behalf to third-party groups for group stays must be included in, and not deducted from, the calculation of Gross Rooms Revenue.
