Program Services Agreements definition

Program Services Agreements means any agreement entered into by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries (other than License Subsidiaries) in accordance with Section 7.06 relating to a Contract Station, pursuant to which agreement the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries (other than License Subsidiaries) will obtain the right to program and/or sell advertising on a substantial portion of such Contract Station’s inventory of broadcast time.
