Project Antibody definition

Project Antibody any and all Antibodies that are Directed To a particular Selected Target and that are discovered, generated, identified or characterized by Paragon in the course of performing the applicable Research Program.
Project Antibody means any antibody or antibody-like protein that is discovered, generated, identified, evaluated or optimized by or on behalf of AbCellera during the Research Term that binds a Lilly Target.
Project Antibody means, with respect to the Project, any portion of the Bispecific Antibodies, including Candidates and Proposed Candidates, that are not Integral CLDN6 Antibodies and that are first discovered, identified, synthesized, derived, generated and/or characterized in the course of the Project between the Parties, that bind to CLDN6 or a second molecular target (such as, but not limited to, CD3).
