Project EIA definition

Project EIA means an environmental impact assessment to be prepared, as the case may be, by the Project Implementing Entity and satisfactory to the Association, in respect of activities under Parts A and B of the Project, and as required by Section I.D.1 of the Schedule to the Project Agreement.

The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
