Project Inspection definition

Project Inspection has the meaning given to it in clause 4;
Project Inspection means a field inspection and documentation review performed by the Planning Director at the time of Final Building Inspection Clearance to verify that the Project has been completed in full compliance with the terms and conditions of approval. The Project Inspection shall be performed upon completion of construction and the Project must be fully compliant with all terms and conditions of approval prior to and as a condition precedent to obtaining Final Building Inspection Clearance.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.
