Project Kabupaten definition

Project Kabupaten means a Kabupaten which is selected by the Recipient for participation in the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Project Manual.
Project Kabupaten means a regional autonomous district within a province of the Borrower, participating in the Project, and the term “Project Kabupatens,” means, collectivity, more than one Project Kabupaten.
Project Kabupaten means one of the twelve Kabupaten within the Project Provinces which have been identified by the Member Country to participate in Green PNPM and receive technical assistance through the Project in accordance with this Agreement. The twelve Project Kabupaten are Aceh Timur, Aceh Tengah, Aceh Selatan, Phak Phak Barat, Tapanuli Selatan, Nias, Pasaman, Solok Selatan, Pesisir Selatan, Bengkulu Selatan, Kaur, and Bengkulu Utara. The list of Project Kabupaten may be revised from time to time by written agreement between the Bank and the Recipient.

  • The PMD Secretariat shall ensure that the relevant Xxxxx and Bupati in each Project Kecamatan and Project Kabupaten shall make publicly available in a manner acceptable to the Recipient and the World Bank for each year of Project implementation by January 15 of the subsequent year, the results of Project implementation and accounts for funds used during such year.

Project Kabupaten means a Kabupaten within a Project Province which is selected for inclusion in the Project in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Project IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights that arise or are obtained or developed by either party, or by a contractor on behalf of either party, in respect of the Deliverables in the course of or in connection with the Project;

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • Temporary clean coal technology demonstration project means a clean coal technology demonstration project that is operated for a period of five years or less and that complies with the SIP and other requirements necessary to attain and maintain the national ambient air quality standards during the project and after the project is terminated.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Project Data means all proprietary data of the Project generated out of the Project operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data which the Bidder obtains, possesses or processes in the context of providing the Services to the users pursuant to this RFP including the SLA;

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Design means the appearance of the whole or a part of a product resulting from the features of, in particular, the lines, contours, colours, shape, texture and/or materials of the product itself and/or its ornamentation;

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Project IP means any Intellectual Property created, invented or discovered in carrying out the Project including in respect of the Project Results but does not include Background IP or copyright in a Student’s thesis or other material produced by him/her for the purpose of assessment towards his/her degree.

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming business facility that will be among the most visited privately owned or operated tourism or recreation sites in the State, and which is located within the qualified incentive area and has been determined by the authority to be in an area appropriate for development and in need of economic development incentive assistance, including a non-gaming business within an established Tourism District with a significant impact on the economic viability of that District.
