Project Land Rights definition

Project Land Rights has the meaning given in paragraph 2 of the Preliminary Statements to this Agreement.

Project Land Rights means those rights to be granted to Buyer by Seller, and those obligations to be complied with by, Buyer pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Easement Agreement.

Related to Project Land Rights

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Subject Lands means the lands subject to or covered by the oil and gas leases described in Exhibit A, insofar and only insofar as they cover the Target Formation, subject to the exceptions, exclusions and reservations set forth on such Exhibit A.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.
