Project Milestone Date definition

Project Milestone Date means the date on which all of the following have occurred:

Project Milestone Date means a date for the achievement of a Project Milestone as set out in Schedule 1, or as subsequently revised to a later date in accordance with Clause 3.2;

Examples of Project Milestone Date in a sentence

  • Where such proposed change affects timely completion of the Works or any Project Milestone Date.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article 15 (Events of Default) to the contrary, any failure of Seller to achieve any of the Guaranteed Project Milestones by the applicable Guaranteed Project Milestone Date, including Commercial Operations by the Guaranteed Commercial Operations Date, shall be governed by Article 13 (Guaranteed Project Milestones Including Commercial Operations) in lieu of this Article 15 (Events of Default).

Related to Project Milestone Date

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;
