Project Protocols definition

Project Protocols means protocols adopted by CNYCC to implement the PPS Project, as may be amended from time to time, and as developed by CNYCC in collaboration with Partner Organizations throughout the duration of the PPS Project.
Project Protocols means the assumptions and protocols for the services to be provided under this SOW, as set forth in Exhibit E to this SOW.

Examples of Project Protocols in a sentence

  • CNYCC shall plan and manage the PPS Project, including but not limited to developing or identifying Project Protocols and evidence-based practice guidelines required for project implementation, tracking project performance, and reporting as required by DSRIP to DOH.

  • In the event that any definitions, terms and provisions in this Agreement conflict with the definitions, terms and provisions in the Forest Project Protocols, the definitions, terms and provisions in this Agreement shall govern.

  • This Agreement, including any exhibits attached hereto, and the Forest Project Protocols, represent the entire agreement of the Parties with respect to the Property, Forest Owner Project, this Agreement and the Forest Project Protocols and supersede any conflicting terms in any prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements and all other communications.

  • Project Protocols - Meet with Client, Design-Builder and Consultants to establish project protocols, lines of communications and administrative procedures.

  • If any portion of this Agreement or the Forest Project Protocols, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is found invalid, the remainder of the provisions of this Agreement and the Forest Project Protocols, or the application of such provisions to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is found to be invalid shall not be affected.

  • Notwithstanding any other terms in this Agreement or the Forest Project Protocols, nothing in this Agreement or the Forest Project Protocols shall give Forest Owner any right to, ownership of or control over the Reserve's Buffer Pool.

  • Any capitalized terms used herein, which are not defined herein, shall have the meanings for such terms as set forth in the Forest Project Protocols.

  • The IREE program is designed to certify that efficiency retrofit projects comply with the Investor Confidence Project Protocols (the “Protocols”).

  • The contributions to the Buffer Pool as shown in Exhibit F are in addition to the Buffer Pool contributions required by the Forest Project Protocols and shall be an ongoing obligation of Forest Owner for the Term; provided, however that the Reserve may, from time to time, decrease or increase the required additional Buffer Pool contributions if the Reserve determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that the percentages as listed in Exhibit F are either too high or too low.

  • In accordance with the Basic Co-operation Agreement and with the different Project Protocols, the Governments of Luxembourg and Namibian commit themselves to provide institutional, human and material means, as well as the financial resources necessary to implement the programmes/projects of the ICP.

Related to Project Protocols

  • ERCOT Protocols means the document adopted by ERCOT, including any attachments or exhibits referenced in that document, as amended from time to time, that contains the scheduling, operating, planning, reliability, and Settlement (including Customer registration) policies, rules, guidelines, procedures, standards, and criteria of ERCOT. For the purposes of determining responsibilities and rights at a given time, the ERCOT Protocols, as amended in accordance with the change procedure(s) described in the ERCOT Protocols, in effect at the time of the performance or non-performance of an action, shall govern with respect to that action.

  • Protocols means written directions and orders, consistent with the department’s standard of care, that are to be followed by an emergency medical care provider in emergency and nonemergency situations. Protocols must be approved by the service program’s medical director and address the care of both adult and pediatric patients.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Project Implementation means all steps which the Grantee undertakes in order to deliver the Project which is being supported by funding provided under this Grant Contract. Any reference to UK primary legislation (Acts) or secondary legislation (Statutory Instruments) in this Grant Contract includes reference to any changes to or replacement of those Acts or Statutory Instruments.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Development regulations or "regulation" means the controls

  • Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;

  • Timelines means the dates set out in Appendix 2 hereto as may be amended by agreement between the Parties and Timeline shall mean any one of such dates.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the Project.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Kyoto Protocol means the protocol to the UNFCCC adopted at the Third Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC in Kyoto, Japan on 11 December 1997 as may be amended;

  • technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.
