Project Schedule and Budget definition

Project Schedule and Budget means the schedule and budget for the construction, expansion and operation of the Project, as set forth at ‎‎Schedule 1, as the same may be amended, revised, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Such delays or hindrances, if any, shall be compensated for by an amendment to the Project Schedule and, as applicable, the Budget, subject to the procedures otherwise applicable herein for changes to the Project Schedule and Budget.

  • CBSB shall perform all Clinical Runs required to manufacture Clinical Batches at 1,000L scale in accordance with the Project Scope, the Project Schedule and Budget and the Master Production Record or as otherwise directed by Tercica in writing and mutually agreed to by the Parties.

  • Any modifications or amendments to either the Project Scope or the Project Schedule and Budget shall require an executed Change Order.

  • As part of their duties, the Project Managers shall be responsible for directing the development efforts of the Project, monitoring and revising the Project Scope and Project Schedule and Budget (in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 3.6), establishing operating guidelines for the Project, defining communication formats, forming and approving Project teams and monitoring the general progress of the Project.

  • In order to enable the Parties to fulfill their respective obligations under this Agreement, the Parties shall implement the Project Scope using commercially reasonable efforts to adhere to the Project Schedule and Budget.

Related to Project Schedule and Budget

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Project area budget means a multiyear projection of annual or cumulative

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget approved by the Bank and adopted by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Bank.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Approved Project Budget means the most recent statement, approved by the FTA, of the costs of the Project, the maximum amount of Federal assistance for which the TJPA is currently eligible, the specific tasks (including specified contingencies) covered, and the estimated cost of each task.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Timeline means the list of critical dates and actions included in the Introductory Materials.

  • Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.

  • Approved Budget means an annual budget-

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Project Year means the twelve-month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending twelve months thereafter (the First Project Year), and any twelve-month period beginning at the end of the First Project Year, or the end of subsequent Project Years;

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.
