Applicant participates in the Affordable Connective Program (ACP) and will participate in the ACP for the life of ACP for the Project Service Area.

The Project Service Area, once defined by the Applicant, must be the same for Project Selection Criteria numbers 4, 5, 6, and 8.The maximum number of points will be given to an Applicant that substantiates a lack of similar outdoor recreational opportunities in the Project Service Area.
