Project Service Area means the area that encompasses the 43 Nation chapters, the southwest portion of the Jicarilla Apache Reservation, and the City that is identified to be served by the Project, as illustrated in figure IV–5 (Drawing No. 1695–406–49) of the Final Environmental Impact Statement.’’;

Prior to the Expiration Date, the Grantee shall provide a Community Center within the Approved Project Service Area that affords the access to the public and that is used for providing free access to and/or instruction in the use of broadband Internet service.

More Definitions of Project Service Area

Project Service Area means the Lyons Primary Planning Area as defined and described in the Boulder County IGA and as depicted in Exhibit A of the Lyons Planning Area IGA.
