Project Understanding. The purpose of this contract is improve the overall safety and operations of the designated locations while also creating an up to date database of signal equipment that can be used by the local authorities. The Scope of Work provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be followed with regards to coordination and technical meetings, schedule, project review periods, reporting, budget and invoicing. The Urban Team’s schedule was focused around providing reasonable durations for all tasks and SJTPO review periods while adhering to the deliverable dates shown.   • Project Understanding: The Applicant shall clearly state project objectives and anticipated deliverables.

  • Project Understanding and Approach - Submittal should clearly express the firm’s understanding and approach to the proposed project.

  • The Project Understanding section should not exceed five (5) pages in length, including any illustrations, and should include an overview of how the firm proposes to complete the project.

  • The potential for the Submitter to provide a high quality, best value project by meeting and exceeding the established Project Goals, as demonstrated by its Project Understanding and Approach.

  • This section of the proposal should fall under two main headings: Project Understanding and Technical Approach.

Related to Project Understanding

  • Letter of Understanding means the written agreement signed by the School District and the Architectural Designer that describes, attaches, incorporates, or explains the Scope or Scope of Work, the Task Order, the Project Schedule or Work Schedule, the basis of the applicable Fee method, and other requirements for individual Projects assigned by the School District.

  • Entire Agreement This Agreement, including the Enrollment form and/or Welcome letter and your Contract Summary, constitute the entire Agreement and understanding between you and XOOM with respect to its subject matter and superseding all prior written and oral Agreements and representations made with respect to the subject matter.

  • Letter of Intent means the intimation by a letter / email / fax to the bidder that the tender has been accepted in accordance with provision contained in that letter. The responsibility of the contractor commences from the date of issue of this letter and all the terms and conditions of contract are applicable from this date.

  • Nondisclosure Agreement has the meaning specified in Section 11.07.
