No Prolonged Disruption Sum shall be payable in respect of Week 27 or any subsequent Week of a Prolonged Disruption.
If Condition B3.3 of the CVL Network Code (Adjustment to prior results) applies in respect of all or part of a Charging Period, the CVL IM shall promptly issue to the Train Operator a statement showing the necessary adjustments (if any) to any Performance Sums, Cancellation Sums, Late Notice Cancellation Sums, Normal Planned Disruption Sums, Enhanced Planned Disruption Sums, Disruption Sums and Prolonged Disruption Sums already paid in respect of the Charging Period.
