All parents who are not exempt from PROMISE JOBS shall be responsible for signing and carrying out the activities of the FIA.
The FIA shall require the FIA-responsible persons and family members who are referred to PROMISE JOBS to choose participation in one or more activities as described in this subrule.
If funding for the PROMISE JOBS activities included in a participant’s FIA or required supportive payments are not available, the participant’s FIA shall be renegotiated to include different activities.
