Promotional Costs definition

Promotional Costs. - means LicenseCo's costs and expenses of promoting, registering, executing and implementing LicenseCo's licenses of the Rights, or defending and enforcing the Rights with respect to such licenses, INCLUDING, without limitation, related accounting and attorney's fees and marketing consultant fees as provided in paragraph 2 below. Promotional Costs shall NOT INCLUDE costs or expenses applicable to any of the New Sassco Reserved Rights or amounts payable to Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx under the Employment, Consulting and Non-Competition Agreement referred to in (e) below.
Promotional Costs means all costs and expenditures associated with the marketing, promotion and sale of the Products in the Territory, including, without limitation, advertising, agency fees, materials, medical affairs, meetings and, when not specifically excluded, allocated sales force costs.

More Definitions of Promotional Costs

Promotional Costs means all third party cash outlays for services that distinctly support the marketing and promotion of the New ETFs. The categories of costs, fees and expenses eligible to be included in Promotional Costs are set forth in Exhibit B hereto, as the same may be modified or supplemented from time to time by the Steering Committee. Notwithstanding the foregoing, unless otherwise reflected in the Business Plan, the aggregate sum of all Promotional Costs for all New ETFs will be capped at $500,000 per fiscal year.

Related to Promotional Costs

  • Operational Costs means costs and expenses incurred by the Managers on behalf of the Owners to operate and maintain the Vessel including Communication Expenses and EDP Expenses;

  • Marketing Costs which means such reasonable charge for marketing of ores and concentrates sold or of concentrates tolled as is consistent with generally accepted industry marketing practices;

  • Travel costs ’ means expenses for transportation, lodging, subsistence (meals and incidentals), and related expenses incurred by employees who are on travel status on official business of the recipient for any travel outside the country in which the organization is located. “Travel costs” do not include expenses incurred by employees who are not on official business of the recipient, such as rest and recuperation (R&R) travel offered as part of an employee’s benefits package that are consistent with the recipient’s personnel and travel policies and procedures.

  • Marketing Expenses means, with respect to a Product, the sum of Marketing Management Expenses, Advertising and Market Research Expenses, and Medical Education Expenses relating to such Product.

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;
