Promotional Merchandise definition

Promotional Merchandise means the Approved merchandise items created by or on behalf of Licensee that are sold at cost or near cost, given away for free or otherwise used for the purpose of increasing the sale, marketing, promoting or publicizing the Game.
Promotional Merchandise means those items of merchandise (excluding food and beverages) approved by the Director and which are given away free of charge or sold at a subsidized price by THE BEVERAGE COMPANY for advertising or promotional purposes at any step of the distribution process in accordance with Article 8.4;
Promotional Merchandise means all licensed merchandise that incorporates the Ball Park Name and/or one or more Ball Park Logos thereon for purposes of promoting the Ball Park and its Events, including, for example, novelties, souvenirs, gifts, clothing, hats, video tapes, computer and video games, multimedia productions, CDs, DVDs, computer software, and sporting equipment, and including, without limitation, other merchandise that is sold or given away.

Promotional Merchandise means promotional merchandise orders from the adidas Team Sales Catalog. Promotional merchandise amounts that remain unused as of 5:00 PM EST May 30 in any given year, are forfeited by School. As a result, Promotional Merchandise cannot be carried from one School Year to the next.
