Property Classification definition

Property Classification means the identification of a property or a portion of a property according to its use. The various Property Classifications are set out in Ontario Regulation 282/98 under the Assessment Act, as amended.
Property Classification means assigning a grade to the property after assessment of its Reserve Value for the purposes of assigning a Premium to the property.
Property Classification has the meaning given to it by Framework Agreement Schedule 2Annex E;

  • Unencumbered Properties means each Acceptable Property that either (a) is an Initial Unencumbered Property or (b) becomes an Unencumbered Property pursuant to Section 4.03, and “Unencumbered Property” means any one of the Unencumbered Properties.
