Proposed operating permit definition

Proposed operating permit means a permit with District and federally enforceable conditions proposed for issuance by the District and forwarded to the USEPA for review in compliance with Rule 1304, Part 70 Operating Permits – Issuance, Renewal, Modification and Reopening.

Proposed operating permit means the version of an operating permit which is developed by the Department pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:27-22.12, after receipt and consideration of public comments on the draft operating permit. The Department forwards the proposed operating permit to EPA for review, pursuant to the procedures at N.J.A.C. 7:27-22.12 prior to the issuance by the Department of the final operating permit.

  • Title V operating permit means a permit issued under Chapter 3745-77 of the Administrative Code.

  • Operating Permit means a permit issued pursuant to section 10 of this local law. The term “Operating Permit” shall also include an Operating Permit which is renewed, amended or extended pursuant to any provision of this local law.

  • Proposed permit means a VSMP permit prepared after the close of the public comment period (and, when applicable, any public hearing and administrative appeals) that is sent to EPA for review before final issuance. A proposed permit is not a draft permit.
