Final operating permit definition

Final operating permit means a permit with District and federally enforceable conditions, which has completed all review procedures required by Rule 1304, Part 70 Operating Permits ̶ Issuance, Renewal, Modification and Reopening, has not been disapproved by the Environmental Protection Agency and has been issued by the District.
Final operating permit means the version of an operating permit issued by the Department after completion of the procedures required by this subchapter for a draft operating permit and a proposed operating permit.
Final operating permit means the version of an operating permit issued by the Secretary after the applicant has successfully completed all review procedures required by this subchapter.

  • Building Permit means a permit issued pursuant to section 4 of this local law. The term “Building Permit” shall also include a Building Permit which is renewed, amended or extended pursuant to any provision of this local law.

  • General air quality operating permit or "general permit" means an air quality operating permit that meets the requirements of ARM 17.8.1222, covers multiple sources in a source category, and is issued in lieu of individual permits being issued to each source.

  • Development Permit means a document authorizing a development issued pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Notice to Proceed means notice issued by the OPWC pursuant to Section IV of this Agreement. "OPWC" means the Ohio Public Works Commission created pursuant to Revised Code Section 164.02.

  • Administrative permit amendment means an air quality operating permit revision that:

  • Environmental Impact Assessment means a systematic examination conducted to determine whether or not a programme, activity or project will have any adverse impacts on the environment;

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan;
