Proposed Projects definition

Proposed Projects means a project proposal to develop either a Multi Customer Media or a Exclusive Customer Media which is made to the Steering Committee in accordance with Section 4.2 or 4.
Proposed Projects has the meaning ascribed to such term in Exhibit T.
Proposed Projects is defined in section 4.4.
