Propriedade Intelectual significa inclusão de referências a marca registrada, razão social, marca de serviço, copyright, know-how, segredos comerciais e embalagem e decoração puritana para commodities reconhecidos.
Propriedade Intelectual ou “PI” significa todas as invenções, patentes (incluindo, sem limitação, divisões de pedidos, reexpedições, reexames, prorrogações de prazos, continuações e quaisquer equivalentes estrangeiros), obras de autoria, direitos autorais (incluindo, sem limitação, registros, pedidos e derivados), marcas (incluindo, sem limitação, marcas de serviço, trade dress e outras marcas que identifiquem uma parte ou seus produtos), desenhos, processos, topografias de circuitos integrados, segredos comerciais, nomes de domínio, informações técnicas próprias e outras informações próprias similares, tangíveis e intangíveis, permitir que a Vendedora cumpra plenamente os termos desta Ordem.
Propriedade Intelectual significa toda e qualquer (a) marca registrada ou patente; (b) desenhos registrados, segredos comerciais, know-how e informações comerciais confidenciais; e (c) registros de direitos autorais.
