Provider Incentive definition

Provider Incentive means an additional amount of compensation paid to a health care Provider by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan, based on the Provider’s compliance with, or participation in, agreed- upon procedural and/or outcome measures, joint-initiatives, including but not limited to any measures or initiatives related to a particular population of Covered Persons.

  • Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means an authorised third party provider which provides a service that allows that third party to pass payment instructions to us on your behalf in relation to your Account.
