Examples of Provider Permits in a sentence

  • No later than sixty (60) days following the Closing Date, the Seller shall cause each of the Surrender Letters to be delivered to the appropriate agencies and accreditation entities and shall deliver to the Buyer copies of the executed Surrender Letters, along with reasonable proof of delivery thereof; provided, however, that following the Closing Date the Seller shall use the Provider Permits solely in connection with the collection of the accounts receivable of the Seller relating to the Business.

  • Promptly following the date hereof, the Seller shall cooperate with the Buyer in the preparation of a letter or letters (the "Surrender Letters") from the Seller to the appropriate agencies and accreditation entities in the State of New Jersey or otherwise irrevocably surrendering its Provider Permits in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • The Seller agrees to terminate all of its operations relating to the Business upon the Closing and to surrender all of its Permits, including without limitation Provider Permits, without any transfer of any kind to any other party.

  • Applicable Permits means all clearances, licences, permits, authorisations, no objection certificates, consents, approvals and exemptions required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Laws in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project Facilities during the subsistence of this Agreement;

  • Required Permits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.24.

  • Required Governmental Approvals means Purchaser Required Governmental Approvals and Seller Required Governmental Approvals.

  • Environmental Approvals means any permit, license, approval, ruling, variance, exemption or other authorization required under applicable Environmental Laws.

  • Liquor Licenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.10.

  • Required Consents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.

  • Applicable Permit means, with respect to each Project, any Permit, including any zoning, environmental protection, pollution, sanitation, regulatory, safety, siting or building Permit that is material and necessary at any given time in light of the development, construction, ownership or operation of such Project to develop, construct, operate, maintain, repair, own or use such Project as contemplated by the Material Project Documents for such Project, to sell electricity, capacity, ancillary services or environmental credits or benefits therefrom, or to enter into any Material Project Document or to consummate any transaction contemplated thereby.

  • work permit means the relevant permit issued by First Gas to the Interconnected Party under First Gas’ current “Permit to Work Procedure” pursuant to section 13.
