Provider Specific Terms definition

Provider Specific Terms means the relevant terms set out in the relevant Order Form, applicable depending on which Rate Plan is chosen by Customer.
Provider Specific Terms is defined in Section 1.1 (Standard Agreement).

Examples of Provider Specific Terms in a sentence

  • The parties will adhere to the Data Protection Addendum (DPA), if any, identified in the Provider-Specific Terms.

  • In the event of a conflict between the elements of the terms and conditions making up the Agreement, the order of precedence is: (i) any Amendment, (ii) Provider-Specific Terms and (iii) this Standard Agreement.

  • Provider will adhere to any Service Level Agreement (SLA) identified in the Provider-Specific Terms.

Related to Provider Specific Terms

  • Product Specific Terms means the terms applicable to a specific item of Licensed Software as set out in Schedule 2;

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Terms of Use means any privacy policy, terms of use or other terms and conditions made applicable by BNYM in connection with the Company’s or a Permitted User’s access to and use of a Component System or a BNYM Web Application or other access site or access method.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;
