Provisional Acceptance Date definition

Provisional Acceptance Date has the meaning given in the SSIA. Release has the meaning given in the SSIA.
Provisional Acceptance Date means any of Provisional Acceptance Date (Phase 1) or Provisional Acceptance Date (Phase 2).
Provisional Acceptance Date means the date Provisional Acceptance is achieved under the EPC Contract.

  • Contractor shall provide all such Instruction Manuals relevant to the Project not later than six (6) months prior to the Guaranteed Provisional Acceptance Date.

More Definitions of Provisional Acceptance Date

Provisional Acceptance Date means such date as stated in the Certificate of Provisional Acceptance for a Segment(s) in accordance with the Contract and this includes a thirty (30) day period for the Purchasers to consider the full test results.
Provisional Acceptance Date means the date on which Provisional Acceptance is stated to have occurred in the Provisional Acceptance Certificate.
Provisional Acceptance Date has the meaning assigned to Fecha de Aceptacion Provisional in the Public Works Contract.
Provisional Acceptance Date means any of Provisional Acceptance Date (Phase 1), Provisional Acceptance Date (Phase 2) or Provisional Acceptance Date (Final Phase).
