Final Phase. Within seven (7) days after completion of the final phase of the Project, or the termination of the Project, Supplier will deliver to Intel the following: (1) All Product Deliverables, either in whole, or partially completed as of the termination of the Project; (2) Completed and signed Assignment of Intellectual Property for all Product Deliverables; (3) Completed Certificate of Originality for Product Deliverables

  • The State shall not be bound by any provision of this Agreement before the Effective Date, and shall have no obligation to pay Local Agency for any Work performed or expense incurred before 1) the Effective Date of this original Agreement; 2) before the encumbering document for the respective phase and the official Notice to Proceed for the respective phase; or 3) after the Final Phase Performance End Date, as shown in Exhibit C.

  • Local Agency shall submit all financial, performance and other reports to the State no later than 60 calendar days after the Final Phase Performance End Date or sooner termination of this Agreement, containing an Evaluation of Subrecipient’s performance and the final status of Subrecipient’s obligations hereunder.

  • The Final Phase includes the preparation and review of all final documents.

  • Local Agency shall close out this Award within 90 days after the Final Phase Performance End Date.

More Definitions of Final Phase

Final Phase means the third phase of the anticipated progression of the business of the Partnership as defined in Section 2.2(c).
Final Phase means that portion of the Premises known as Suite 850, located on the eighth (8th) floor of the Building and outlined on the floor plan(s) attached to this Lease as Exhibit "B", which Final Phase shall consist of 15,393 square feet of Rentable Area.

All “Hourly” work will be billed at the attached Hourly Fee Schedule in Appendix I. In addition to the amount relating to the personnel grade of the individuals doing the work, the only other expenses expected to be billed directly are travel-related costs (primarily mileage); and subsistence costs if overnight stays are required (food and lodging). The fee amounts shown above include an estimate of these expenses. The following services are not included in the above proposal: • Soil exploration, land surveying, etc. • Easement procurement • Meter changeout and cutover design If any of these services are found to be necessary, we can perform them as an Additional Service on an Hourly basis.
