TEAM MEETINGS. An IEP team meeting shall be convened at least annually to evaluate: (1) the educational progress of each student placed with CONTRACTOR, including all state assessment results pursuant to the requirements of Education Code section 52052; (2) whether or not the needs of the student continue to be best met at the NPS; and (3) whether changes to the student’s IEP are necessary, including whether the student may be transitioned to a public school setting. (California Education Code sections 56366 (a) (2) (B) (i) and (ii)) and pursuant to California Education Code section 56345 (b) (4).) If the LEA student is to be transferred from a NPS setting into a regular class setting in a public school for any part of the school day, the IEP team shall document, if appropriate, a description of activities provided to integrate the student into the regular education program, including the nature of each activity as well as the time spent on the activity each day or week and a description of the activities provided to support the transition of the student from the special education program into the regular education program. Each student shall be allowed to provide confidential input to any representative of his or her IEP team. Except as otherwise provided in the Master Contract, CONTRACTOR and XXX shall participate in all IEP team meetings regarding students for whom ISAs have been or may be executed. At any time during the term of this Master Contract, the parent, the CONTRACTOR or the LEA may request a review of the student’s IEP, subject to all procedural safeguards required by law, including reasonable notice given to, and participation of, the CONTRACTOR in the meeting. Every effort shall be made to schedule IEP team meetings at a time and place that is mutually convenient to parent, CONTRACTOR and LEA. CONTRACTOR shall provide to LEA assessments and written assessment reports by service providers upon request and/or pursuant to LEA policy and procedures. It is understood that attendance at an IEP meeting is part of CONTRACTOR’S professional responsibility and is not a billable service under this Master Contract. It is understood that the CONTRACTOR shall utilize the approved electronic IEP system of the LEA for all IEP planning and progress reporting at the LEA’s discretion. TEAM MEETINGS. 149 The Research Team will hold an in-‐person meeting at least biannually. For budget reasons 150 not all team members can be invited to all meetings. Meetings will be held in conjunction 151 with project symposia, workshops and conferences at which team members will present 152 project research. 153 The Board of Directors will meet by teleconference as least twice a year. The Board will 154 maintain regular electronic communication and meet when necessary between its 155 scheduled meetings. All research team members will be notified of Board meetings and 156 invited to participate in the discussions. The Board will provide an annual written report of 157 its activities and decisions to the Research Team. 158 Agenda items for Board meetings may include, among other items: 159 1. TEAM MEETINGS. Attend regular meetings with the Project Team during the Construction Document review to advise them on Site considerations, selection of materials, building systems and equipment, and methods of delivery of materials, systems, and equipment. At Owner’s request, CM will be responsible for meeting notes to be recorded and distributed to all parties.
TEAM MEETINGS. Team meetings of Student’s Halls tenants must be restricted in the common use kitchen/living room of the building they stay and not to expand them in the corridors/stairs/bathrooms. Team meetings at the Students Halls building must have the Student Halls Assistant consent, who is responsible for the specific building.

TEAM MEETINGS. 18.1. We may require you to attend team meetings before and/or after your rostered start/finish time, some or all of which may be outside the span of ordinary hours. The requirement to attend team meetings will take into account an employee s personal circumstances, as well as the business s operational requirements. Where you are asked to attend a team meeting which is not continuous with your shift, you have the right to attend remotely.
TEAM MEETINGS. (a) For all hostel employees, it is understood that team meetings are mandatory and paid at the employees’ applicable hourly rate and all such hours are included for the purpose of calculating overtime entitlements. An employee may request to miss team meetings due to particular circumstances. Such request shall not be unreasonably denied.
