State administrative agency definition

State administrative agency or "SAA" means the Department of Housing and Community Development which is responsible for the administration and enforcement of this law throughout Virginia and of the plan authorized by § 36-85.5.
State administrative agency means the agency created within the office of the governor of the state of Louisiana which has sole responsibility for administering the Louisiana state plan pursuant to the federal standards enforcement program.
