P&U Compound definition

P&U Compound means a compound useful in the Field that [*]. In the event a P&U Compound is identical to a Geron Compound or a KH Compound, then that compound shall be deemed, for purposes of this Agreement, to be a Compound of the party that first identified or caused to be identified (i.e., by submitting for screening) that compound as a telomerase inhibitor.
P&U Compound means a molecule that P&U reasonably believes has therapeutic potential in the Field of Metabolic Syndrome or in the Field of Alzheimer's Disease and that is provided by P&U to Exelixis for a Mode of Action Project in such Field.
