Public Information and Communications Plan definition

Public Information and Communications Plan means the plan setting forth procedures by which DB Contractor works with TxDOT to inform, coordinate with, educate and engage Customer Groups, as more particularly described in Section 50.7.4 of CMA Standard Specification Item 9.
Public Information and Communications Plan means the plan developed by Contractor setting forth Contractor’s approach to communicating with road users and other stakeholders affected by the development and construction of the DB Project, as described in more detail in the Technical Requirements.
Public Information and Communications Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2 of the Technical Provisions.
