Examples of Public Sector Customer in a sentence
To the extent that any term or provision of the Agreement is considered void ab initio or otherwise unenforceable against a Public Sector Customer pursuant to applicable law that expressly prohibits such Public Sector Customer from agreeing to such term or condition, then such conflicting term or provision in this Agreement shall be struck to the extent to make such term or provision enforceable, and the remaining language, if any, shall remain in full force and effect.
Any Public Sector Customer policies or procedures which are not expressly required by applicable law shall not apply or be incorporated into the Agreement.
Commonwealth or State Record means any data, record or document that is deemed by a Commonwealth or State Records Law to be a record of the Commonwealth, or a State or Territory of Australia that is not the subject of a destruction authority or an exemption from retention applying to the Public Sector Customer, under the applicable Commonwealth or State Records Law.
Any provisions in the Agreement imposing indemnification obligations on the Public Sector Customer (including Section 11.2 above) are hereby waived and shall not apply except to the extent expressly authorized by applicable law.
Orders referencing DBF or any Order between Databricks and a Public Sector Customer will be deemed to incorporate this Schedule.
