Government Customer definition

Government Customer means a Customer which is a (a) U.S. Federal agency, (b) state government, agency, department, or political subdivision (including a city, county or municipal corporation), or
Government Customer has the meaning ascribed to in Article 6.5.1. - “Agreement”, “herein”, “hereof”, “hereunder”, “hereby”, “below” and similar expressions mean the Agreement and its customer onboarding form as these contractual documents may be amended in accord- ance with the provisions hereof.
Government Customer means (i) any Governmental Entity in the Territory or any branch or location thereof located outside of the Territory and (ii) a Person outside the Territory if and to the extent that Computer Sciences GS provides Services pursuant to military sales to Persons located outside the Territory that (A) are sponsored or financed and (B) administered by a United States federal Governmental Entity.

Examples of Government Customer in a sentence

  • The provisions of this Addendum shall apply only if Customer is a Government Customer under the Services Agreement.

  • If Customer is a Government Customer, the following Government Customer Addendum (“Government Addendum”) forms part of the Services Agreement, and in the case of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms and provisions of this Addendum and any other provision of the Services Agreement, the terms of this Government Addendum shall control.
